I need help with pirates of the carribean theme(hes a pirate) I can play both hands seperatly and somewhat together but when i play together they dont sound right, could i be doing transitions between chords wrong? Im hitting the right notes at right time, im learning this off a online tutorial(synthenasia) and im finding it slightly hard to hit 100% pace with the transitions. thanks for any help in advance

i wish i could offer something on this as i am performing a variant of this tune tomorrow...
this question is all over the place. we'd like to help but without information such as whose arrangement or edition is being played, a video of your attempt and a score to see what exactly might be happening it's hard to say. we can't give a 'virtual' piano lesson on the board but we can sometimes zero on in specific actions which can be remedied and sometimes the specific actions that can remedy them.

sorry that's all i can offer unless you can be more specific and provide concrete illustrations of what the issue is musically, just having a hard time putting the hands together doesn't really say anything. especially when we're not sure what 'right' is supposed to sound like and what your 'wrong' sounds like. ::)

Try one hand at a time.

I've done the "do each hand separate before playing the whole piece" and It's helped a lot
through my playing! It Takes off the weight that's holds me down and I'm lifted after I do it. :);D Hope I helped you.. That's all I can think of right now that would help you with your piece.
