I learning this piece, I read music one note at a time so be gentle , how do I play the 3 note progression just after the time signature (small notes) the link for the sheet music in question is in this thread

LH Thumb on the F, RH Thumb on the Db and roll up; speed at your discretion, but not too slow, and more softly than the main noted (ther two Dbs) it leads into.

well many thanks, as a knee high I had teacher that sat beside me with a a ruler if she didn't like the way my hands looked she used the stick on my fingers, after that gave it up  ,many many years later took it up again but rock n roll style only by ear, so here I am full circle learning the right way
