Practice Routine Survey
on: May 10, 2012, 02:01:48 PM
Hey everyone!
Just wandered if i could take a moment of your time to fill out a questionnaire for my dissertation.
Its on practice routine and your personal progression of practice over the years.

Just click the link above and submit your answers.
Any comments or feedback would be great good or bad!

I answered it but found it difficult to answer and I fear my answers are probably misleading. As an improviser I haven't done much that could be called "practice" at all for years. For instance, I gave an answer of one hour a week as my present level, which is strictly true, as representing true technical practice on my clavier. No mention is made of the many hours I spend at the actual piano improvising or playing real music.

Also done.

Depressing the pedal on an out of tune acoustic piano and playing does not result in tonal color control or add interest, it's called obnoxious.
