Do you guys know anything about David Helfgott's personal history?

This is certainly a decent performance and given the story of Helfgott's life, its
a downright miraculous performance.

its exactly because of Helfgotts story that it gives me the creeps. he was on electroshocks therapy for 10 years, he only has long term memory, so he remembers where the fingers go but doesn't understand what he's doing.
