imslp is such a fun place to just go exploring in, sometimes (though not often enough) i'll just go in and start kicking over rocks to see what i'll find...

this is one of the more memorable finds i came across quite by accident. such a neat transcription. it was super cool to know rimsky- korsakov was the editor of their edition

Four Piano Pieces by Richard Strauss...they're nothing superbly special, but the fact that Richard Strauss has some piano solo works out there, is awesome.

I've got a couple of Gb downloaded but not yet printed off or played through. I'm guessing it's in there somewhere.  If only I knew which.....  :-\

A previously unknown manuscript by Frédéric Chopin has been discovered at New York’s Morgan Library and Museum. The handwritten score is titled “Valse” and consists of 24 bars of music in the key of A minor and is considered a major discovery in the wold of classical piano music. Read more
