Practice regime Dip. ABRSM

I am studying towards the ABRSM Diploma. I have about an hour a day available to practice. What would be a recommended scales / arpeggios / technical exercises regime to follow. I have been doing the ABRSM Grade 8 scales / arpreggios for several months following my Grade 8 exam, but would like other recommendations in order to extend myself further in the available time I have available each day.
