Etude in A-flat, Op. 1 No. 2 : Paul de Schlozer

Has anyone attempted this monster? I absolutely love this piece but there is no way that I will ever be able to play it.
Also, does anyone know the history behind it? All I can find is that de Schlozer might not have been the actual composer and Moritz Moszkowski is. Although I don't buy it.
