Returner looking for help

Hey guys, I need your help :)

By the time I was 14 (I'm 18 now) I've completed first 6 piano grades (although I'm not sure that grading system in my country is same as system you're talking about here), but then unfortunally I stopped playing. But now I want to start again, I've already been practicing a little, but I realized I forgot almost everything I've learnt and that actually I don't know how to practice. :) That's why I'm asking for your help. When I go playing piano, I just try to learn new pieces and nothing else. I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what finger exercises I need to do, scales, arpeggios, how much per day should I do them and stuff like that, because I basically don't know anything about that anymore. And maybe you can also recommend me some easy pieces to begin with until I get back in shape and will be ready for something little more difficult.
I'm planning to practice at least an hour per day.
