Hello everyone, this is my first post on here. Although I wouldn't consider myself new since I'm on here reading everyday.
I need your help picking audition pieces. What I will need is pieces for the standard requirements one bach prelude and fugue, one sonata by Mozart Haydn, or beethoven. one virtuoso etude, a romantic piece that isn't to easy, and some modern piece.
I'd say I'm about a level 7 I suppose level 6 pieces take me about a day to get performance ready and level 8 and up is a bit of a struggle for me.
I wouldn't be auditioning for another 3 years I just want to have all the pieces picked out learned and ready to go with out a doubt in my mind wether or not I can play them. So any advice would be awesome.
I was thinking about picking bachs prelude and fugue in b major from book two, I started learning beethovens pathetique sonata 1st movement earlier this month however it seems to easy, any recommendations would be appreciated. thank you.
p.s. im not looking for the standard repertoire that the judges have heard a million times. once again thanks.
