Any suggestions on playing Polka on a theme by WR?

Just wondering if anyone who has already played Rachmaninoff's "Polka on a theme by WR" had any suggestions or comments on this piece. I've really enjoyed listening to this piece and am looking forward to learning it. Any comments would be appreciated.
