Gershwin pianos
on: October 03, 2004, 05:08:01 PM
I am new to the forum and actually am lookng for some input concerning a piano I am about to buy(?).  The name on the piano is Gershwin and I must admit to not having heard of this brand prior to this time.  The seller, a tuner-technician who was recommended by a pianist (performer and teacher) I know, contends that it is a subsidiary of either Yamaha or Kawai, but he does not remember which.

Has anyone heard of the company or know anything about it?  We are located in the Middle East and so the market is more limited than if we were to be in the US.

Any input is appreciated.

Thank you

Richard
