HELP PLEASE - Robbie williams feel - Left hand
on: July 09, 2012, 09:01:05 PM
Hey guys - I got my new piano yesterday, and i started learning this song, since i had no clue where to begin from, and i think the very very beginner songs is simple too boring and waste of time to learn.

i have in the 6hours or whatever i spend today, learned to play the right hand, to near perfect, but the left hand, when i try to add it into the song, i *** up everything, mainly because i have to move my hand so close to my right, etc. I was wondering, if there is anyone, who has an idea, for some simple notes i can play, with my left hand, since the melody lays in the left hand anyways ?

if not, any tips?

Hi Micker,

The key is to master the left hand before you put them together. The amount of time you spend practicing and perfecting the left hand should be equal to the time you spend on the right.
Then you need to break it down, and chunk both hand together as a new element, such that you practice just the first 2 bars together as one, then next 2 bar as one, then try put those 4 bars together as a new element again.

I hope it helps  :)

Best of Luck

You just need to chunk them down, one bar at a time. Take it slowly.

I probably explain it better in my tutorial videos.
