Best Colleges/Universities in Europe for Piano

Hey, !
To start, I would like to say I am not so good in English, hope you can understand anyway. I would ask you your opinion about what are the best colleges/universities of music in Europe to study piano? As you may know, the most important aspect to classificate music colleges/universities in a certain instrument, are the respective teachers. So, if you have knowledge, I would like you to tell me too the best teachers in each college you mention. If you don't know about the teachers, just talk me a bit about the colleges.
