That's an awful lot of pieces. Why do you need to rank them? Are you planning to play them/have you played them or do you just think it's fun? Anyway, I will try to rank them from easiest to hardest:
Bach Prelude and Fugue in B flat Minor(However, if you are unfamiliar with fugues and many things going on at once, this can be one of the harder for you to learn among the listed pieces)
Brahms Op 118 3
Brahms Op 119 3
Bach Italian Concerto
Chopin Etude Op 10 12
Brahms Rhapsody Op 119 4
Brahms Intermezzo Op 118 6
Chopin Nocturne Op 48 1
Chopin Prelude Op 28 8
Rach Prelude Op 23 5
Chopin Etude Op 25 12
Chopin Fantasie Op 49
The stupid thing with this, is that the mentioned pieces are actually quite similar in difficulty. Everything from Chopin's Etude Op 10 12 to Rachmaninov's Op 23 5 are quite similar in difficulty and I could just as much have put the Op 10 12 at the place where I put Rach's Prelude and the other way around..
