Mother Daughter Duets
on: July 24, 2012, 12:00:45 AM
Hello,

I have a beginner piano student that just started learning to play the piano, and I also just started teaching her mother. Her mother played Clarinet in high school so is more familiar with note reading. I was wondering if anyone knew any good piano duets for beginners. They told me that they wanted to play together, but I do not know of many books that have 2 piano parts where they are both easy. Anything helps! Thanks!

You could always get a simple duet book of like Disney pieces for the piano. Then you could have the mother choose the part she wants to learn and have her forget about the bass clef
