ownerless piano

hi.
First sorry for my English I am not bilingual. :-\
 I have just moved and the old ones occupying left us a piano. It needs love and repairs. Before calling a soothing one, I would like known my new piano.  It's a Ed Archambault from Montreal, the serial number is 5554.
I need help to known the age and potential value of it. I ask a professionnal a week ago. He don't give me news.
if you know the answers or a website, I could find them, your assistance will be appreciated.

thanks for the help.
I have seen the treat but not the website.
Now I could say it be product between 1940 to today... Not a great value but I'm not surprise, it doesn't stay in the over option.
The soundboard and stings look goods, sound too has the exception of certain grade (I play music but piano is like my english) . I could see this is some broken bridles.
I have no idea of the cost of this repairs.
I thinks to sold it for a symbolic value to someone how really used it. I don't want to sell a problem has someone of other or to repair it and not to rediscover my money.

Most private brand and low end piano consoles and uprights are hauled to the dump these days.  There are Baldwins and Sohmers going for 0 to $50 out there.  Even Steinway uprights can be had for under $500 with no serious problems.   what a tragedy, I can only house two.
