I played this from memory (I have an earlier version posted here which was not memorized). I recorded with a windscreen on and that messed up the recording completely (it came out completely muffled). So I used some weird amradio kind of equalization to salvage what was left of it. I'll post a better version later, this has a couple of wrong notes and some rhythmic stuff that I need to rework. Thanks for listening.

A nice "no fuss" straight forward interpretation . A good feel for much the phrasing. You would benefit greatly from more flexibility and freedom with the tempi in some places. Sometimes you go with your instincts and it is quite effective and sometimes the tempo is a bit too driving and metrenomic. When it says "calando" take it literally (in musical terms of course!) Go as far as you can go.  Use varied tempi  such as accelerandos and more definite ritards for dramatic effect and to make the music "breath."  You are talented. ;)

Thanks for the constructive feedback. Yes, I've been working on rhythmic liberties some more since that recording.. I believe its getting better. You're spot on when you said that I trusted my instincts *sometimes* in this recording. There are also a couple of spots where I drive it too much forward. I could listen to that as well and have worked on those parts since. So I understand everything that you just said, thanks for taking the time to comment. :)
