Yes I had that too I think everyone has that... but what is it about?  :-\ What's with 1337??  :-\ I don't really get it...

I'll probably get the origins wrong..   but i think essentially, elite computer hackers were at some staged forced to come up with a code based language where each letter was substituted with a number or symbol (but its pretty dynamic and made up on the spot - you have to use your brain a bit to figure it out). The language is called, leet-speak..  1337 is leet, as a direct translation.

Its since become a little more commonly used in web-chat though I think, you can even get facebook to write everything in leet - its in the language options i think (atleast it used to be), though its simple (and pretty annoying to deal with)

example of more complex leet..   "  |= /-\(€   "    (this spells "face")
|=      - "F"
/-\      - "A"
(        - "C"
3       - "E"

Oh... I understand... thanks for explaining! :) that's kinda cool  8) I didn't think of that, I thought it was some weird number that you were not supposed to say or write or something  ;D  :P

Leet or 1337 means elite.  A lot of people say that when playing MMORPG's. 

I used to play runescape back when I was a kid.  So...  I'm kind of a loser for knowing this lol.
