Anything by Scriabin or Rachmaninoff.
With the exception of Rachmaninoff preludes Op. 23 No. 2 and Op. 3 No. 2
You don't like 23/2? I hate 3/2 as well but B-flat major...definitely the best major key, and it's a beautiful piece.
Speaking of which, rach_forever, I was looking through a list of Rachmaninoff's piano works yesterday and I realized just how pitifully short it was! I mean, the quality is, of course, superb, but he wrote some preludes, etudes tableaux, variations, moments musicaux, 2 sonatas, 4 concerti plus Rhapsody on a theme of Paganini, and that's about it...I don't know what to say! I mean, that sounds like a lot when I list it like that...but when you think about it...if only he had realized how dumb orchestras are and given us a couple more sonatas instead of symphonies, right?

So?

?? Do you have anything to say for yourself..."_forever"?
