Guys help me out with this exercises please

Hallo dear pianists and piano lovers,

The guy who cant afford piano lessons is back.

In this video Vitalij Kuprij shows some nice exercises. I would love practice them, but i need them op paper. So does anyone have the sheets for this exercises.

Watch the video from 3:10 to 4:03.

Hope you guys can help me out.

It's important to think fast.
The earlier you press the stop button, the better.  ::)
If it doesn't work - try something different!

Playing chromatic scales may be funny for one or two days, but it will not improve the playing of real music.
If it doesn't work - try something different!

Thanks for your reply. I know, its not very effective. But its not only those chromatic exercise, if you watched until 4:03 he also plays some arpeggios. And i am quit good at that, but i cant see/hear where he changes the direction of hands when he goes counter motion from ascending or descending motion. And i also need to know the fingering. The same story is with chromatic. I can play them, but i need to know when he goes from ascending/descending over to counter motion.

PS: i dont really need them to prepare for some special pieces, i need it to improve my technique in general. And this kind of stuff are also cool in improvisations .

Okay, I understand. But then I don't understand, how it matters, at which point he turns direction, which chords he plays etc. That's part of the improvisation.
If it doesn't work - try something different!
