Completely extemporaneous. I basically know how to do major chords with the left hand and notes with the right hand, and play in irregular tempo. No wait, I can also do notes with the left hand.  :)

Barring that, I like this album personally, and a few friends (not pianists) have mentioned they like the music. It was produced all in one shot, over 20 minutes.
