As far as I know these are decent pianos. That age is made most likely in either Indonesia or Korea FWIW. . These and Young Chang are about in the same class. The Samick you are looking at should be 5'1" and for a small grand/baby grand it has decent tone. There is a YouTube clip of a guy in the UK playing one in a piano store that I watched.
In the US, Rick Jones Pianos gets these from time to time, they don't seem to hang around very long. I'm sure you could call their store and they could advise you better than I can. He also sells Young Chang. All his used pianos come with a 10 year warranty and he ships all over the US.. I have a piano dealer down the road from me whos main line is Baldwin, though he rebuilds anything, and if I was looking for a new piano I'd stop in there first then most likely order from Rick Jones if they didn't have what I wanted down the street from me..

You might ask how often the seller had to tune the piano, look in and see if the tuning pins are standing tall or have been pushed down to the gold harp. Are they shiny, are the strings rusted. Play it, are the keys firm ( not touch but side to side) and not wiggling not clunking. Push the pedals, do they move smoothly.. Look in under the strings to the sound board below, is it tight grained or is there a crack or two in it? Etc. etc>..
Good luck, let us know how it goes !
