Canon in D has MANY versions for Piano out there. I had never heard this one until now, and yes! I do agree its absolutely touching, but I'm unsure if there is any official sheet or even unofficial transcriptions.
Whoever, you can always pick other versions like Lee Galloway's which is considered one of the bests around there, and the easier one's like Oborin's, available for free right here.
