It's funny you should say that, as I was about to but decided against it.  :P

You have GOT to be kidding me.

If you want a seldom played concerto, try Bortkiewicz's left hand piano concerto.

Or any Bortkiewicz concerto, for that matter.

It is basically silly to believe that any Mozart concerto is easy. You need phantastic articulation and a superb touch to play them well. Geza Anda worked, relentlessly, for about 10 years to find the right touch for Mozart, and this is a man who pulled off Brahms' second just like that as a teenager.

This said, Bartok 3 is amazing and not THAT hard.

There is no such thing as easy.

 :)

Seconded. But, at a certain point, perhaps, everything gets easy? :P (hey don't look at me, I am not there yet :o)

Poulenc - Concert Champêtre for harpsichord and orchestra also exists in a version for piano. Probably the easiest concerto i've ever read through.

A lot of people mentioned the Beethoven c minor...but what about the B-flat major concerto? I mean, realistically speaking, non of them are "easy", but the B-flat is probably the easiest technically. The "Emperor" is honestly not that bad either...there are A LOT of scales (not a criticism).
Asked if he had ever conducted any Stockhausen,Sir Thomas Beecham replied, "No, but I once trod in some."
