A little help with a Japanese Translation of a work I am studying-NM IT'S DONE

I am more in need of a translation of the 2nd shot as I need some information to give to the person that makes recital programs, but the first pic is from the commentary on the piece that is found in most of my yamaha books, that is more of a nice to know than a need to know but would be greatly appreciated if anyone can please help out (my Japanese friend I haven't seen her much lately in the practice rooms so I am going to email her too but I do not know how long it will take for her to get back to me, she's the one I usually go to for this kind of stuff).
