I could really use some help! Reading sheet music etc.

A friend sent me here and told me you guys could probably help me out!
I have this page of sheet music and unfortunately I am atrocious at reading sheet. I am getting better but I need this piece a.s.a.p. for a little project I am working on. If anyone could maybe read it and upload it as a mp3 file so I can play it from ear that would be great!

Wish I had the gift of playing by ear. How did you learn it? Don't you have to know every single note of the piano to be able to play it?
