9/21/12 - I was sitting at the piano improvising before practicing as I am prone to do. Do you ever wish you had the stuff before your pressed record? Well, here is what happened after the little red light came on the zoom. I'll take this.  8)

Very nice. I was just in the mood for this kind of music. I like the structure of the first one, where you switched between the hands in a sort of a dialogue. Also, the ending is simply beautiful, I had to listen to it about 5 times.
All truths, not merely ideas, but truthful faces, truthful pictures or songs, are highly beautiful.

Pankrpec, thank you for your response to my music. I have read your thread about posting comments, and I'll way in here..."the ending is simply beautiful, I had to listen to it about 5 times" does more to lift my spirits than any display of technical understanding or a breakdown of the improvisation. Whatever it is, this is a very special section of this forum in that the raw musical thoughts and explorations of folks like you, Derek, Ted, Wolfi, Quantum, m1469, et al. truly touch our lives and add to it in a meaningful way, whether we know how to respond or not. Sometimes any response at all works to complete the act of sharing, which all of this really is...the gift of our lives in words and music. Thank you very much for your kind thoughts!
