This is one of my favorite pieces in the set.  You play it in a very evocative way.  Marvelous!

Thanks David! I fell in love with the "Woodland Sketches" ages ago, and I have taught various ones to a multitude of students, but really finished working on them myself this past year and recorded them. I think it is such an underrated work. It's just brilliant from beginning to end and embodies my favorite type of music--the story telling kind. Setting this
 music to images was really fun and exciting!

A previously unknown manuscript by Frédéric Chopin has been discovered at New York’s Morgan Library and Museum. The handwritten score is titled “Valse” and consists of 24 bars of music in the key of A minor and is considered a major discovery in the wold of classical piano music. Read more
