For those interested to browse & listen to more of Alkan's music in a single place, I would like to mention a project I am associated with - openclassical.com - where all of Alkan's known music has been cataloged and is easy to listen to via YouTube integration.  The project is fairly new, but Alkan was one of the first composers to be selected (as a test subject of sorts).
