Moondance Transcription

Hello everyone, this is my first time posting here. I've taught myself piano for several years (mainly to accompany myself while singing) and decided its finally time to get lessons. I was wondering if anyone had an intermediate-ish transcription of Moondance by Van Morrison? Preferably with a few chord substitutions and other technical things so I can study the application of techniques as well as learning the piece. Bonus points if its an accompaniment without a melody line so that I could sing to it as well.
