Chopin-Liszt Chants Polonais
on: October 15, 2004, 04:01:58 AM
I mentioned this set in another thread. I played the one entitled Zyczenie/Maiden's Wish for my first ever recital. Anyone else play any of these?
Anyway, what made me want to start a thread is I installed
Google's Desktop Search tool
and found an mp3 on my computer I didn't even know I had labeled "Rachmaninov - Liszt-Chopin - Chants Polonaise - Return Home". I know Rachmaninov played the one I played so I'm not too suprised if he played this. I googled and this one might (or might not) be the same one as titled Die Heimkehr, Narzeczony, or Homeward. Anyone have the score? Played it? Heard of it?
I can send the mp3 if anyone wants it. It sounds pretty cool I think. It's only 1m24s long.
