1890's Schaff Bros Piano
on: October 23, 2012, 04:24:41 AM
I have (my best guess) an 1890-1910 Schaff Bros upright piano with all original ivory keys, beautifully maintained body and tuned excellently. I apologize for my lack of clarity, but as I am not a piano buff, I was wondering the steps I should take to get this priced and how I would go about selling/marketing my piano.

Any help is appreciated!

In the midwest, off brand upright pianos have no value.  If the condition is excellent, you may find someone to move it away for free.  If not you have to pay to have it disposed of.  Goodwill and Salvation Army don't appear to be accepting uprights.  Nor are most churches.
