Chopin: Ballade no 2 , F-major Op. 38
on: October 29, 2012, 10:00:36 PM
Hi, I´m new at this forum and this is my version of Chopins 2nd ballade.
Recorded this spring with my Yamaha Pocket Rak and a extern mic.
The grandpiano is a Steinway.

Maybe I´ll also upload the other Chopin ballades later.

Hi! Nice to meet you, your performance of this ballade is great!! :D

It's very powerful in the central parts (when al the forte part) and it's full of feelings in the beggining part.

Congratulations and I'm wishing you put the rest of them on the internet! Thanks to share!!  :)

I've listened a lot of interpretations of this ballade, but only a few of them I like, your interpretation belongs to them.
Scarlatti - sonata K32, K99, K213, K141
Schubert - Sonata in A minor, D.784, no. 14
Chopin - Etude 10/1, 10/9, 25/12
Liszt - Un Sospiro
