My cat likes my playing :)

She likes to sleep on the couch next to me while I play.
And she likes me reading to my daughter. She'll curl up with us until I finish.

My cat used to hate my playing, but I must have improved, because now she will sleep happily while I play scales, Bach, or Beethoven.

But at one measure of Bartok she JUMPS up from the couch , GLARES at me, runs for the front door and scratches frantically to go out.   Everyone's a critic!

Animals like cats and dogs like soft music and so they love listening when someone plays music. These animals sometimes sleep while music is being played.

My fish don't care either way.  They seem to have a similar attitude to most things, though.
