I've been playing some Mozart sonatas lately, but I am by no means an expert, so here is my untutored opinion:

In bar 9 I would play the trill as a gruppetto, start on F then G-F-E natural-F so 5 to the two 16th notes, and repeat in bar 11. You might even shorten it and go G-F-E-F as an alternative.

Same thing in bar 70 (and 72), B flat - C - B flat - A flat - B flat. (or start on the C).

For the timings, you could do the grupetto (or turn) as 5 equal notes, or you could play the first 3 notes as a triplet over the left hand's 16th note, and the final two as 32nds over the left hand's 16th. Obviously the second way takes a little more technique (at least for me!).

In my experience, once you have the gruppetto thing down in classical pieces, it comes really easily - so good luck!

I am working on this sonata for my Grade 10 exam - my teacher has me playing trill notations in bars 9,11,12, 70, 72 and 73 as follows - in bar 9 and 11 I play f-g-e-f and f-g-eflat-g respectively, bar 12 play eflat-f-eflat-d-eflat, bar 70 bflat-c-a-bflat etc.  He said due to the speed of this movement, this is all you can fit in.  I find it is actually easier than a trill.  The other bars noted with trill I do play as trills.  Pretty much same as landru but in extra bars.
