not an unreasonable suggestion. - but to be fair..   I don't think my CD would recieve as sad a reception on youtube as "thanksgiving"

It's actually only the "likes" that count - some percentage will actually pay.

I sold enough copies to turn a profit of approx $1500..  we also received airplay on commercial radio.

My band also supported paul kelly..  (yet we didnt actually get to meet him..  show's how much that statement really means :P)

And vice versa, it would appear from a variety of threads elsewhere around here.

I'm not sure if you missed the reference or just find it that appalling.

Both, actually. Is getting the reference likely to improve matters?

For some reason, there's a lonely brain cell in there somewhere trying to tell me it knows. But the more sensible ones around it are all glaring at it and going "Shhhhh!"

Ah...  Nothing like a good ol' prelude and fugue in G minor from Bach...

I propose that it would in fact be more difficult to play than bach, simply because you would hate doing so.

Unfortunately I can't really watch that properly right now (limited sound), in the meantime..

If we're going to post things that don't suck..

Certainly not the only (or best) example out there.. but this performance/piece was one of the first things that blew my mind and forced me to reconsider what is possible on an instrument..  redirecting my learning for a really extended period.. no unhearing that.
