A piece from last year. It was recorded in one of the university studios.

Made a Liszt. Need new Handel's for Soler panel & Alkan foil. Will Faure Stein on the way to pick up Mendels' sohn. Josquin get Wolfgangs Schu with Clara. Gone Chopin, I'll be Bach

If this was intended as an impression of matters Bombus then it would fit admirably into a set with its thematic companions, "Attack of the Flies" and "Critters in the Garden". If not, well, my fancy is at work again and nothing wrong with that. Music only means what the receiving mind wants it to mean anyway; communication is a tenuous illusion at best. Ted awaits the flood of protest. The final section does remind me of the death throes of a deposed queen one sees occasionally on the ground, tossed out of the nest and killed in early autumn.

Thanks for listening Ted.
I was reviewing some of my archived recordings and came across this one. The exact inspiration for this piece escapes me at the moment. However, upon this recent fresh listening it did seem to have some bee-like qualities, hence the title.
