I recently asked the same question.  There are several suggestions in this thread:

Easy Left Hand Pieces
I've been trying to give myself a healthy reminder: https://internetsarcasm.com/

These were not in the other thread:

C.P.E.Bach: Clavierstück für die rechte oder linke Hand allein
(this one is really easy)

Louis Köhler: Schule der linken Hand

Hope the links work...

I'm sorry to hear that you still have this problem. My own experience with injury was short, but it scared me a bit. Playing too much, too hard, too fast and too difficult pieces without the technical skill was the problem and also general muscle tightness that I suffer from regularly because of my back and joint issues. The solution came from doing some relaxing hand exercise away from the keyboard and choosing better pieces. Did you ever find a teacher to work with your problem?

Maybe you could try to really rest your right hand for a while and then start very slowly and carefully with it. Just be careful you don't overstrain your left hand.

Thank you for  your reply Outin.

No, i did not find a teacher, yet. I will do that in the near future. But its hard to find a teacher that could help me. Because most teachers dont know much about injuries, especially about this weird thing a have.

And yes, thats what i am going to do. I am gonna concentrate on my left hand and let the right hand rest a couple of months. I mean not totally, but definitely playing less with the hand hand an no crazy things, like fast arpeggios and stuff.

And yes i will be careful to not overstrain the left hand.

Ones again thank you for your music suggestions and your kind reply. I really appreciate it.
