Quick Question about F#

I have this simple song to work on over the holidays and I am slightly confused on when to use an F# instead of an F. Is it only the F's on the line the sharp is on in the key signature? or is it EVERY F on the staff?

Every F is an F sharp throughout the piece.

If any F is preceded by a natural sign, then the remaining Fs in that bar(only) on that stave and in that octave are also natural but become sharp again in the next bar.  A natural sign looks like this:
