Sheet music / Tabs unavailable, Need some help

I could only find the tabs for the verse of this song.



i need help figuring out which notes / chords are being played at :52-1:24

It's a pretty simple song, but I understand that this is probably a pretty tedious task to undertake, so thank you in advance.
