you bar with your thumb, B is natural in that last bar, so just use your thumb and play both a and b with it.

Don't stretch that. Use your thumb on the top two notes, and depending on your hand size you may want to roll it as well.

You can use you thumb from your right hand to play the two top notes on the left hand and simply play the rest with the left hand, and it should be easy! But you might need good fingering to get your right hand to the fourth finger or pinky on that last note...
