Rudolf Maria Breithaupt - Natural Piano Playing

I looked for this book in everywhere, but only found the second volume. Anybody knows where can I find the other? I don't even know how many volumes are.

That's all I ever found too.  I seem to have a pdf of vol 3 and 4 in German.
