i only want to know your thoughts

Regarding my favorites piano pieces. Which are:

1 Beethoven - Sonata Pathetique.
2 Chopin - Ballade num 1.
3 Mendelssohn - Andante and Rondo Capriccioso.
4 Schubert - Wanderer Fantasy.
5 Schumann - Carnival Jest from Vienna Op 26.

The masterpiece tell the performer what to do, and not the performer telling the piece what it should be like, or the cocomposer what he ought to have composed.

I think if you enjoy them, learn to play them. If not, don't.  ;D
