Unattractive pianists?!

I actually like Lang Lang though.

He does a pretty kick ass Appassionata.

I don't like his Appassionata. Lisitsa plays it pretty well. I just don't like Lang Lang's piano playing/interpretation. Although there was a Youtube video of Lang Lang playing Chopin Op. 10/5 using an orange.

I'm surprised nobody has brought up Evgeny Kissin though. Don't even bother denying it.

Also I think it would be unfair to bring up the old ones because well... yeah. I mean Mitsuko Uchida was beautiful as a young woman but obviously she is now a senior citizen, you can't really fight the ravages of age no matter the level of your inherent beauty.

I agree. I still think Mitsuko Uchida is rather beautiful, despite her age. And she plays Mozart so well.

That's a lot of arson that you propose; wouldn't your time be better occupied practising?

It does fit his personality imo and it's one of my favourite present-day pianists.
