I'm actually doing the same thing! Though, I do all 32 Beethovensonatas. Don't worry about concert hall, since I have many other sonatas, and I have also played them! I have a quite big repertoire in sonatas. I have a bunch of Scarlatti, Haydn, Mozart, Clementi, Liszt and Chopin.
I started yesterday, and will have a complete concert in a few hours. So far, I've learned 28 of them. The thing I find most difficult is the trills in the end of Waldstein.
Do you think I should do it?! I practice 19 hours per day, in 18 hours sessions.

While writing this, I learned 2 more of the sonatas.
