Can Anyone Help me!?
on: December 20, 2012, 05:50:54 PM
Hi,
I have just come across this forum and browsed through some of the topics and think this is a great community. I have been having trouble working some chords out and was wondering whther anybody would be so kind as to help me out.

Basically I am a computer producer. I started producing music on my computer a couple of years ago and I made an r'n'b instrumental. This was when I was new to producing so it wasn't very good but I really liked the melody/chords. I recently found the mp3 file of my song and I have learnt a lot of techniques and am a more experienced producer and wanted to remake it using the skills I have learned to produce a more proffesisional track.

I have been trying to figuire out which chords I used but can't manage to get the correct keys completley. I have posted the song on youtube:

can anyone tell me the notes/chords used for the strings in the main melody?

thanks in advance.

Ray

It sounds like in the beginning of the melody you have a A minor chord, then it switches to a IV chord. So the keys in order i'm pretty sure are C B A F E.
