Hi
The chords are really nice in this version aren't they?  I'm assuming you aren't sure about the line 'sleep in heavenly peace'.  The chords here move away from the normal version.  You start 'sleep' with a G in the bass and the broken chord notes of G major, GBD.  When the line moves to 'heavenly' the bass moves from G to G sharp, with chord notes containing B, D and F above (not necessarily in this order).  This then moves to an A minor chord on the word 'peace' - ACE.  Still on the word 'peace' the bass then moves down from A, through G and then to F sharp with the notes ACE above.  When the phrase is repeated, a C chord (EG) in second inversion (G in bass) begins with the word 'sleep' and then moves to GBD on 'heavenly'.

The bass line is the most important feature of this progression and the right hand should contain some of the notes of the chords below the melody.

I hope this helps :)
