Intro lessons with 2 instructors
on: January 10, 2013, 08:09:17 PM
Quick question:
I have an introductory lesson with an instructor Saturday. After this I had a call back from a different instructor that I'd left a message with previously. I'd like to take a trial lesson with him as well. I think my husband had already mentioned that I have another lesson, so he knows about the other one. Do I bother mentioning to the other instructor that I'm taking an intro lesson with someone else to, to be up front and honest? Or does it not really matter?

If you are getting a trial lesson then I see no reason to say anything... Hope one of them turnes out to be suitable.
Remember, what feels nicer is not always necessarily the best for you. Depending on your goals I'd go with the one who seems more interested in the way you use your hands and body than the notes, as long as you feel comfortable with the teacher in general.
