Whats with Rachmaninoff piano concert 3?

What's with Rach piano concert 3 that there are people having nervous breakdowns on it??? like David Helfgott? is there something in it affecting the central nervous system or something?

he specifically arranged his music to trigger mental instability (like lighting to an epileptic). It is understood, that in order to be susceptible, you would already be presenting deficiencies, ie - preferring to listen his music in the first place. Especially over other well known, non-idiotic, genius, ingenious, life changing epiphany composers.
no i'm joking. Above one of the ledger lines he writes stop playing, and drop to the floor like a fish, which is all for show, so people think its mysterious. - Like the bermuda triangle of piesces. ><(('>
