I already checked at Opus Transcribisticum and IMSLP but there's very little, and often badly scanned. Any suggestions where I might find a rather larger list (and hopefully its contents available for download ;) )? Or is there really virtually nothing for the right hand only?  :(

Cheers,

Here is a good list: Repertoire for Piano One Hand. It starts with works for the right hand only. No downloads there.

You could also do a Google search for "One Handed: a Guide to Piano Music for One Hand Only" by Donald L. Patterson.

From there, you're on your own.

Thanks, Paul. I'd already checked at the site you suggested, too, I'm afraid I forgot to mention that one.
The thing is I've noticed most of the pieces listed there (and on Patterson's "One-handed: a guide to piano music for one hand only", as well) is often from the middle 20th century onwards. That's a bit of a snag because I don't much like music from that period; now, I might still find something to my taste, the problem is a lot of that stuff is definitely still under...you know, the 9-letter word, and it'll be hard as hell to find it in the music stores over here  :( And not having any credit card to buy online...

(sighing) Anyway, no one said it was going to be easy, right? and it certainly doesn't seem to be! But I still appreciate the Patterson reference and I'll try to find some more on my own, like you said, it really seems like I'm going to be on my own on this one.

Still, if you or anyone else happens to dig something else out, I'd truly appreciate it if you shared  ;)
